Data Deletion Instructions

If you have used Facebook Login to access NannaHelp and wish to delete your data, please follow the instructions below.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

When you request data deletion, the following information will be permanently removed:

• Your profile information (name, email, profile picture)
• Facebook ID and authentication data
• Task history and communications
• Wallet transactions and balance
• KYC documents and verification data
• All uploaded files and images
• Location data and preferences

How to Request Data Deletion

You have two options to delete your data:

Option 1: Delete Through NannaHelp App

1. Log in to your NannaHelp account
2. Go to Profile Settings
3. Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete My Account"
4. Confirm your decision
5. Your data will be deleted within 30 days

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to privacy@nannahelp.online with the following information:

• Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
• Your full name
• Email address associated with your account
• Facebook ID (if available)
• Reason for deletion (optional)

Data Retention

Please note that some data may be retained for legal and regulatory compliance purposes:

• Transaction records (required for tax and financial regulations): 7 years
• KYC documents (required by law): As per regulatory requirements
• Dispute-related data: Until resolution

Revoking Facebook Permissions

To revoke NannaHelp's access to your Facebook data:

1. Go to your Facebook Settings
2. Click on "Apps and Websites"
3. Find "NannaHelp" in the list
4. Click "Remove"
