• Payment processing and wallet management
• Notification services

5. User Responsibilities

Task Posters must:

• Provide accurate task descriptions and requirements
• Offer fair compensation for tasks
• Communicate clearly with Helpers
• Release payment upon satisfactory task completion
• Treat Helpers with respect and professionalism

Helpers must:

• Complete accepted tasks to the best of their ability
• Communicate any issues or delays promptly
• Provide accurate availability and location information
• Maintain professional conduct
• Complete KYC verification to receive payments

6. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Posting illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Engaging in fraudulent activities or scams
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Sharing false or misleading information
• Attempting to bypass security measures
• Using the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Impersonating other users or entities
• Collecting user data without consent
• Posting tasks that violate laws or regulations

7. Payments and Wallet

Wallet System: Users can deposit funds into their wallet for task payments.

Payment Processing: Payments are held in escrow until task completion is confirmed.

Withdrawals: Helpers can withdraw earnings after KYC verification. Processing time may vary.

Fees: Platform fees may apply to transactions. Fee structure will be clearly communicated.

Refunds: Refund policies apply in cases of task cancellation or disputes.

8. KYC Verification

To receive payments, users must complete KYC verification by providing:

• Valid government-issued ID (Aadhar card)
• PAN card details
• Bank account information
• Supporting documents as required

We reserve the right to reject KYC applications that do not meet our verification standards.

9. Location Services

Our platform uses location data to connect nearby users. By using NannaHelp, you consent to the collection and use of your location information. You can disable location services, but this may limit platform functionality.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on NannaHelp are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

11. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on NannaHelp. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform.

NannaHelp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• The quality or reliability of tasks or Helpers
• The accuracy of user-provided information
• The security of transactions (though we implement security measures)

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NannaHelp and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from user interactions or disputes
• Third-party actions or content
